Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you start
Yes. The formula is specifically designed for both dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens. It's gentle enough for sensitive ears while still being effective on built-up wax and debris. If your pet has an existing ear infection, broken skin, or you're unsure about their specific condition, check with your vet before use.
For general maintenance, once or twice a week is plenty. If your pet has a history of wax buildup, odor, or ear sensitivity, you can use it up to every other day until things improve, then drop back to a weekly routine. Overuse isn't necessary and won't speed up results.
Fill the dropper and apply a few drops directly into the ear canal. Gently massage the base of the ear for 20–30 seconds so the solution works through the wax. Let your pet shake their head to bring debris to the surface, then wipe away the loosened wax with a cotton ball or soft cloth. Avoid using cotton swabs deep inside the ear canal.
Each bottle is 20 ml, which typically lasts 4–8 weeks depending on the size of your pet and how often you apply it. Smaller pets or once-weekly routines will stretch the bottle further than larger breeds needing more frequent cleaning.
Most pet parents notice less odor and buildup within the first couple of weeks of consistent use. If you're not seeing improvement after 2–3 weeks, or if you notice swelling, discharge, or your pet seems to be in pain, stop use and consult your vet, as this can indicate an underlying infection that needs treatment beyond routine cleaning.
